Terms of Service
The Fake World FiveM Role-Playing (RP) server is a community of players who come together to role-play in a virtual world. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have established the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our server.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the The Fake World FiveM Role-Playing (RP) server, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our server. You are free to play somewhere else. ANY breaking of these terms will result in a removal from the community.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our server. By using our server, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We are an English-speaking server so you must be able to speak and understand English well enough to understand and be understood. You also MUST have a good microphone because it is required while on the server. We also very strongly prefer you to be using headphones of some kind to avoid the echo that comes from not having them in game.
User Conduct
When using our server, you agree to:
- Follow all server rules and guidelines.
- Respect other players and staff members.
- Refrain from any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination.
- Avoid exploiting bugs, glitches, or any form of cheating.
- Not engage in any illegal activities
Role-Playing Rules
- Adhere to realistic role-playing standards.
- Do not break character ever. Any OOC or Non-RP discussions should be held outside of the server.
- Avoid metagaming (using out-of-character information in-character).
- Refrain from powergaming (ForceRP - forcing actions on others without their consent).
- No random deathmatch (RDM) or vehicle deathmatch (VDM).

Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately. Also, any information whether it be connection info, server info, or any other TFW info that is not for public knowledge is NOT to be disclosed for any reason to anyone. This will not only get you banned but possible legal action could be pursued.
Content Ownership
All content, including but not limited to, scripts, models, and other assets on the server, are owned by their respective creators. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the server without proper authorization.
Server Maintenance and Downtime
We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the server at any time. We are not responsible for any loss of data or progress due to server downtime.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the server at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Service. If you are removed from the community, we may not provide any explanation or reason to you for such action and do not feel required to do so.
Changes to the Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on our website or server. Your continued use of the server after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Daddy Scritps, or I Can Make That, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the server; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our server and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our server; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our server by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the server; and/or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
